Note | | He witnessed the note of Ella Rose Horner. I have been informed by the son-in-law of Ella Rose Horner this information:
"To date Mary Belle and I have found NO positive connection to anyone with the surname"Horner". Ella did use the surname Horner during her early years. Ella was born to an unmarried Viola Ruby-Lee Shrader 14 April 1933 in hospital, Charleston, West Virginia. Ten days after her birth Ella came under the care of a woman, Ethel Belle Ward (Married 5 times). A salesman, Horner lived in the "boarding house" run by Ethel in Tioga, WV.
