Obituary* Obituary for Jessie Mabel Sanderson:
HAINES.—Mrs. Jessie M. Haines was born February 22, 1880, at Shelby, Orleans county, New York. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. F. Sanderson. In her early youth she was converted to Christ in revival meetings held in the church of which her parents were members and joined the church.

On July 15, 1908, she was married to Rev. Ralph E. Haines, and went with him to his charge in Orange county, N. Y., where be served as a supply in Newark Conference during his stay in the Theological Seminary at Drew.

Later they moved to the western part of the state within the bounds of the Oenessee Conference.

Last fall, on account of her continued ill health, they moved to Oklahoma, being stationed at Quinlan, Woodward District. She was confined to her bed from the time of her arrival ,and after a slow but steady decline, she died March 29, 1911. She was able to return to her old home in New York a few days before her death, and died among the loved ones of her family and former associates. She was much loved by those who knew her for her charming graces and beautiful Christian character. She peacefully went home at the call of the death angel, to the Master whom she so much loved, and whom she so faithfully sought to serve. She is survived by a father, mother, sister, and her deeply stricken husband. May the consolations of the presence and fellowship of the Christ whom he preaches to others sustain him in this time of darkest trial.3
