- [S2452] There seems to be discrepencies about the year in which Sarah Collins was born. See below for a list of data and the implied date or date range in which she was born. I am inclined to believe that the day and month (27 Aug) portion is correct. Even though the date on the death certificate and tombstone says she was born in 1841, the earlier recordings in the census indicate the year would be 1840. Also, the first recordings would have been made by her parents and the later recordings, after 1876, by her sister or husband who may not know for sure.
